Mr. Deloughery (pronounced di-LOW-ree') cares about the success of his clients and is very results-oriented.  Mr. Deloughery is a cum laude graduate of the prestigious Iowa College of Law. While in law school, he assisted in the writing of a new edition of the text Uninsured and Underinsured Motorist Insurance.  He also operated a small business in the health care field, learning much about the intricacies of the health care system.

Mr. Deloughery regularly represents a wide range of clients involved in complex, high-end estate and business matters. He is especially sought after in enforcing divorce decrees, and holding the ex-spouse accountable for not complying with the judge's order. His familiarity with asset protection techniques and businesses give him an advantage in locating hidden assets.

Mr. Deloughery was born in Grand Forks, North Dakota, the son of a Navy officer and a professor of nursing.  He was active in music, even playing sax in the McDonald's All American Marching Band's appearances in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, the Rose Bowl Parade, and the Fiesta Bowl Parade.  He also plays the bagpipes and won an international competition in Ireland in 1983. He attended Indiana University then the University of Iowa for his Masters in Music before taking up the law.
